- Place the game board on a flat, stable surface.
- Select a challenge from the provided challenge booklet. Challenges are numbered from 1 to 60, increasing in difficulty.
- Arrange the colored game pieces on the board exactly as depicted in the chosen challenge. Pay close attention to the position and orientation of each piece, especially the red virus.
- Ensure the white 'healthy cell' pieces are in their fixed positions as indicated by the challenge. These pieces cannot be moved during gameplay.

The objective is to slide the red virus piece off the game board through the designated exit opening. Follow these rules for movement:
- Diagonal Movement: All colored virus pieces can only be moved diagonally along the grooves on the game board.
- Group Movement: Pieces can be moved individually or in connected groups. If multiple pieces are linked together and a diagonal path is clear, they can slide as a single unit.
- No Lifting: Pieces must remain on the board at all times. They cannot be lifted or jumped over other pieces.
- Fixed Pieces: The white 'healthy cell' pieces are stationary and cannot be moved.
- Зорилго: Continue sliding pieces until the red virus piece can be moved directly off the board through the exit point.
