- To power off: Press and hold the Power Button again until the display turns off.
5.2. Selecting Mode and Adjusting Intensity

- Back and Shoulders: Position the device to target tense muscles. Can be used hands-free by placing it against a chair or sofa.
- Legs and Thighs: Effective for large muscle groups in the legs.
