  This is most commonly caused by the thermal paper being installed upside down. Please ensure the print side (usually the smoother or chemically treated side) adheres to the manufacturer instructions, typically facing up.

• Why does the printer continuously feed paper without printing?

  This may occur if the sensors or print head are dirty. Open the printer cover and clean the sensors and print head with rubbing alcohol to ensure it can properly detect the paper gaps.

• Why do my prints look gray or faded?

  Faded prints can result from using low-quality paper or a dirty print head. Try using genuine Polono label paper and cleaning the print head with alcohol. You can also adjust print density settings in the driver or app.
