Enable Bluetooth on your iOS or Android device. Open the Santoker app, and it should automatically detect and connect to the roaster to sync data. For older models, a USB connection with specific drivers (like FTDI) may be required.
If beans stop rotating freely, unplug the power supply immediately to prevent motor damage or fire. This issue is often caused by low voltage, insufficient air volume, or overloading the drum. Allow the machine to cool before reducing the batch size.
Power off the machine and unlock the door. Remove the smoke elimination assembly and pull out the filter. Wash the filter thoroughly with water and ensure it is completely dry before re-installing it.
