This module supports a wide range of applications, including MPPT solar charging, and offers comprehensive protection mechanisms.

Proper connection is crucial for the safe and effective operation of the XY3607F. Refer to the wiring diagram below.

  1. Input Connection (IN+ / IN-): Connect your DC input power source (6-36V) to the IN+ (positive) and IN- (negative) terminals. Ensure correct polarity.
  2. Output Connection (OUT+ / OUT-): Connect your load or battery to the OUT+ (positive) and OUT- (negative) terminals. Ensure correct polarity, especially when charging batteries.
  3. Display Unit Connection: Connect the ribbon cable from the main board to the display unit.
  4. External Temperature Sensor (NTC): If using, connect a 10K NTC 3950B external temperature sensor to the dedicated interface.
  5. Analog Control (1-10V): For analog control, connect a 0.3-10V analog signal to the 1-10V input. (Note: Analog control is only available in numerical control screen mode).

Note for Bare Device Purchase:

  2. Setting Voltage (CV):
    a. On the main UI, short press the V-SET button. "SET" will display, and "CV" will flash.

  • CW (Constant Power ON/OFF): Enable/disable constant power function.

Setting Protection Parameters:

Protection parameters are set similarly to other system parameters. Long press SW to enter the system settings menu, then navigate to the desired protection setting (e.g., LVP, OVP, OCP, OPP, OHP, OTP, OAH, OPH, ETP) and adjust the value using the encoder.   1. Press and hold the power button to start calibration. "01" will be displayed.

Calibrate Output Current (CLA):

  1. Connect a multimeter in current mode or an electronic load (set to max range) directly to the output.
  2. Press and hold the power button to start calibration. "01" will be displayed. Input actual current from multimeter/load into the third line.
  3. Briefly press the power button for the second step. "02" will be displayed.
  4. Repeat step 2 and input the actual current.
  5. Briefly press the power button again. Wait for completion. "SUC" for success, "ERR" for failure.

Current Zero Calibration (ZERO):

If there is a small current within 100mA when no load is connected, press and hold the power button to calibrate the zero point. Ensure no load is connected during this process.

PC Software & Mobile App Control:

The device can be controlled via PC host computer software or a mobile app (Sinilink Cloud, supporting Android/iOS) when connected to a WiFi module. This allows for LAN penetration, real-time communication, and unlimited distance control.
