- Adjusting Tripod Height:

- Using the 3-Way Pan-and-Tilt Head:
- Panning (Horizontal Rotation): Loosen the pan bar's integrated twist lock to rotate the head 360° horizontally. Tighten to secure.
- Tilting (Vertical Movement): The head can be tilted 90° backwards or forwards. This movement functions simultaneously with the 360° rotation and is controlled by the pan bar's twist lock.
