This manual provides important information for the safe and proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Einhell BT-TJ 2250 Trolley Jack. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and keep it for future reference.
The Einhell BT-TJ 2250 is a robust and stable trolley jack designed for lifting vehicles with a maximum load capacity of 2250 kg. It features two ball-bearing swivel castors for easy maneuverability, an extra-large support saddle, and a long, two-part lifting rod to ensure safe and easy lifting of loads. An integrated safety valve protects against overloading.

- Attach the Lifting Rod: Insert the two parts of the lifting rod together. Then, insert the assembled rod into the handle socket on the jack. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Bleed Air (First Use): Before first use, it is recommended to bleed any air from the hydraulic system.
- Turn the lifting rod counter-clockwise to fully open the release valve.
- Pump the lifting rod vigorously several times.
- Turn the lifting rod clockwise to close the release valve.

5.1. Lifting a Load

- Close the Release Valve: Turn the lifting rod clockwise until the release valve is fully closed. Do not overtighten.
- Ачаа өргөх: Pump the lifting rod up and down to raise the support saddle and lift the vehicle. Continue pumping until the vehicle reaches the desired height.

Slowly lower the vehicle onto the jack stands by carefully turning the lifting rod counter-clockwise. Once the vehicle is securely resting on the jack stands, remove the trolley jack.
5.2. Lowering a Load
If the vehicle is on jack stands, first lift it slightly off the stands using the trolley jack before lowering.

- Fully Lower: Continue lowering until the vehicle is fully on the ground.
