- Prepare Eggs: Using the egg needle located at the bottom of the measuring cup, carefully pierce the larger end of each egg. This prevents cracking during cooking.
- Ус нэмнэ: Fill the measuring cup with cold water according to your desired egg hardness (soft, medium, or hard). The cup has markings for guidance. Pour the measured water onto the stainless steel hotplate.
