To switch between measurement units (kilograms, pounds, or stone):
- With the scale powered on and displaying '0.00', press the 'UNIT' button (often the same as the power button, or a separate button if available).
- Each press will cycle through the available units: kg → lb → st. Select your preferred unit before weighing.
Add-Weight Function (Tare)
The add-weight (tare) function allows you to weigh multiple items consecutively without removing the previous item from the scale. This is useful for adding items to a bag and measuring the incremental weight.
- Weigh the first item as described above.
- While the first item is still on the scale and its weight is displayed, press the 'TARE' button (often the same as the power/unit button, or a dedicated button). The display will reset to '0.00'.
- Add the next item to the scale. The display will show the weight of only the newly added item.
