Preparing the Gel Syringe:

4. One syringe of gel is typically sufficient for multiple applications. Cap the syringe after use to preserve freshness.

Wearing the Trays:

1. Carefully insert the loaded tray into your mouth, ensuring it is fully seated over your teeth.
2. Gently press the tray to adapt it to the sides of your teeth.
3. If any excess gel squishes onto your gums, gently clean it off with a soft toothbrush or a tissue.
4. Wear the 20% carbamide peroxide gel for 2-4 hours per day. Consult your dental professional for specific wear times if you have other concentrations.
