Your Orient Ray 2 watch is powered by an automatic mechanical movement. If the watch has stopped, it requires initial winding to start. To wind the watch manually:
- Unscrew the crown counter-clockwise until it is free from the case.
- In position 1 (normal position, unscrewed), rotate the crown clockwise approximately 30-40 times. This will provide sufficient power reserve to start the watch.
- Gently push the crown back in and screw it clockwise until it is securely tightened against the case. This ensures water resistance.
Alternatively, wearing the watch for several hours will also wind the movement through natural wrist motion.

- Once the time and date are set, gently push the crown back into position 1 and screw it clockwise until it is securely tightened against the case.

When worn regularly (approximately 8 hours a day), the watch will maintain its power reserve. If the watch is not worn for an extended period, it may stop and require manual winding as described in the Setup section.
Water Resistance (200m / 20 bar)
