When used with a compatible Smart Tech Sound Record & Play Engine (sold separately), this station provides programmed actions such as slowing down, stopping, flashing lights, and playing station sounds. It enhances the play experience by adding realistic railway interactions and encouraging imaginative scenarios.

To set up your Smart Tech Sound Action Tunnel Station:

1. Assemble the Station: Place the main station piece on a flat, stable surface.
2. Attach the Action Tunnel: Securely place the transparent blue Station Action Tunnel onto the designated slot on the main station. Ensure it clicks into place.

This station requires a BRIO Smart Tech Sound Record & Play Engine (model 33971 or similar, sold separately) for full interactive functionality. The engine is battery-powered and interacts with the station to trigger sounds and actions.

The Smart Tech Sound Action Tunnel Station is designed to interact with a Smart Tech Sound Record & Play Engine to create a dynamic play experience.

1. Engine Interaction: When a Smart Tech Sound Record & Play Engine passes through the Station Action Tunnel, it triggers specific actions. The engine will automatically slow down, come to a complete stop, flash its lights, and play a station-specific sound.

3. Continuing the Journey: After the interaction, the train can resume its journey on the BRIO World railway.

The Smart Tech Sound system can be further customized using the dedicated BRIO Smart Tech Sound app. This app allows you to change the sounds played by the engine when it interacts with the Action Tunnel Station, offering a variety of station announcements and ambient sounds from different cities like Berlin, New York, or Malmö.
