1. Introduction to Your TENS Unit

The DOMAS TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator is designed to provide safe, non-invasive, and drug-free pain relief by sending electrical currents via electrode pads to your skin. This method has been utilized by medical professionals for years to help ease various body pains.

This portable device offers 24 massage modes and 20 intensity levels, along with dual independent channels, allowing for customized pain management anytime, anywhere.

The TENS unit features a rechargeable lithium battery. To charge, connect the USB charging cable to the device and then to a wall charger, power bank or laptop USB port. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.

3.3. Adjusting Intensity Levels

The device offers 20 intensity levels. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the intensity of the electrical pulses. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation.

The medical-grade electrode pads are reusable up to 45 times. To prolong their lifespan and maintain self-stick performance:

• Always apply pads to clean, dry skin.
• After each use, place the pads back onto their protective film.
