This headset is compatible with PC/Mac via the included USB-A adapter and mobile devices via Bluetooth.

Before first use, fully charge your headset. The headset can be charged using the included charging cable or the desktop charging stand.

  • Using the Charging Cable: Connect the charging cable to the headset's charging port and then to a USB power source.

A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The headset provides up to 19 hours of talk time on a single charge.

The Voyager Focus 2 headset can connect to a computer using the BT700 USB-A adapter and to a mobile device via Bluetooth.

  • For Computer (USB-A): Insert the BT700 USB-A adapter into an available USB-A port on your computer. The headset and adapter are pre-paired and should connect automatically.
  • For Mobile Device (Bluetooth):
    1. With the headset powered on, slide and hold the Power switch towards the Bluetooth icon until you hear "pairing" and the headset LEDs flash red and blue.
    2. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and set it to search for new devices.
    3. Select "Poly VFocus 2" from the list of found devices.

Poor audio quality or mic issues.Ensure the boom mic is positioned correctly near your mouth. Check headset battery level. Ensure no physical obstructions are blocking the mic. If connected to multiple devices, try disconnecting from one.
