Wired Probe for Continuous Monitoring and Alarm
Connect the wired probe to the designated port on the thermometer. Insert the wired probe into the food. The unique dual temperature display allows you to monitor two foods simultaneously (one with the instant-read probe, one with the wired probe) or monitor the same food with both for verification. You can preset a target temperature, and the thermometer will alert you with an alarm when the food reaches that temperature.
