Professional installation is recommended. Ensure all local codes and ordinances are followed. Refer to the included hardware packet for specific mounting components.

The TruSteam feature simplifies internal cleaning. This filter-less design directs grease into a residue cup, preventing build-up on internal components.
- Fill Water Jar: Ensure the water jar is filled with нэрмэл ус. Using tap water may lead to mineral build-up and blockages.

Cleaning the Oil Collector:
The advanced centrifugal blower funnels smoke and deposits grease into a leak-proof residue cup. This cup should be emptied and cleaned regularly.
