4.3 Using Stopwatch, Countdown, and Count-up

  • EMOM1/EMOM2: Every Minute On the Minute (different durations).
  • FGB1/FGB2: Fight Gone Bad (different durations).

To activate a preset mode, navigate to it using the 'M' button and short press 'Start/Pause'.

4.5 Custom Interval Training (P1-P9)

The timer allows you to create and save up to 9 personalized training plans.

  • Navigate to a 'P' (Program) mode (e.g., P1) using the 'M' button.
  • Long press 'M' to enter editing mode for that program.
  • You can typically set:
    • Number of rounds (CYC)
    • Work time (WORK)
    • Rest time (REST)
    • Preparation time (PREP)
  • Use '+' and '-' to adjust values. Short press 'M' to move to the next parameter.
  • Once all parameters are set, long press 'M' again to save and exit.
  • To start a custom program, select it and short press 'Start/Pause'.
