Convenient On-Ear Control
All essential controls are conveniently located on the headset for easy access during gameplay. This includes volume adjustment, microphone mute, ENC on/off, power control, surround sound toggle, and RGB light control.

The EKSA E1000WT headset offers multi-platform compatibility. Use the USB-A dongle for wireless connection with PS4, PS5, PC, and laptops. The included 3.5mm audio cable allows wired connection to PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One S/X, and mobile devices.

- Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the headset's Type-C Charging Port.
- Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The Charging Indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
Wireless Connection (2.4GHz USB Dongle)
- Insert the USB-A Wireless Dongle into an available USB port on your PC, PS4, or PS5 console.
- Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power Button for 3 seconds.
- The headset will automatically pair with the dongle. The Status Indicator light on the headset will show a solid blue light once connected.
- On your device, ensure the EKSA E1000WT is selected as the default audio output and input device.
Wired Connection (3.5mm Audio Cable)
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm Audio Cable to the 3.5mm Wired Mode port on the headset.
- Connect the other end of the 3.5mm Audio Cable to the audio jack of your PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One S/X controller, or mobile device.
- When the 3.5mm audio cable is plugged in, the headset will automatically turn off its wireless function. Only the volume control will be active; other buttons will not function in wired mode.
