Before first use, wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The main mixer unit should be wiped clean with a damp даавуу.

One-Button Eject:
To remove the beaters or dough hooks, ensure the speed control is set to "0" (OFF) and the mixer is unplugged. Simply press the eject button located on the top of the mixer. The attachments will release for easy removal and cleaning.
