6. Attach the Top-Tether hook to the anchor point and pull the strap to tighten it until the indicator on the strap turns green (if applicable) and the strap is taut.

3.2. Rear-facing Installation (3-18 kg)

For children weighing 3 to 18 kg, the car seat must be installed in a rear-facing position. This provides optimal protection for the child's head and neck in the event of a frontal collision.

1. Ensure the car seat is rotated to the rear-facing position.
2. Follow the ISOFIX and Top-Tether attachment steps as described above.
3. Adjust the recline angle to the most reclined position suitable for infants (usually position 4).
4. Ensure the infant insert is in place for smaller babies to provide proper support and comfort.

3.3. Forward-facing Installation (18-36 kg)

For children weighing 18 to 36 kg, the car seat can be installed in a forward-facing position.

1. Ensure the car seat is rotated to the forward-facing position.
2. Follow the ISOFIX and Top-Tether attachment steps as described above.
3. Remove the infant insert if your child no longer requires it.
4. Adjust the headrest and harness height to ensure the harness straps are at or just above your child's shoulders.
