Before first use, perform an initial burn-off to remove any manufacturing residues. Light all burners to their highest setting and close the lid. Allow the grill to heat for 15-20 minutes. Turn off the burners and let the grill cool completely.

The Weber Genesis E-415 features PureBlu burners designed for consistent pressure and even heat distribution across the grilling surface. Use the individual control knobs to adjust the flame intensity for each burner, allowing for direct or indirect cooking methods.

The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates retain heat effectively for searing. The FLAVORIZER Bars catch drippings, vaporizing them to enhance flavor and reduce flare-ups. Utilize the warming rack to keep food warm or toast buns while the main course cooks.
