- For PC (with Y-extension cable): Connect the headset's 3.5mm jack to the female end of the Y-extension cable. Plug the green audio jack of the Y-extension into your PC's audio output port and the pink microphone jack into your PC's microphone input port.
- For PC (without Y-extension cable, if combined port): If your PC has a single 3.5mm combined audio/microphone port, plug the headset's 3.5mm jack directly into this port.
- For PS4/PS5/Xbox One/Nintendo Switch Controller: Plug the headset's 3.5mm jack directly into the 3.5mm port on your controller.

Audio Settings (Windows)
For optimal performance on Windows, ensure your sound settings are configured correctly:
- Playback Device: Set "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)" or similar to default.
- Recording Device: Set "Microphone (Realtek(R) Audio)" or similar to default.
Audio Settings (macOS)
For macOS, adjust sound settings as follows:

Adjust the volume using the integrated volume wheel located on the left earcup. Rotate the wheel upwards to increase volume and downwards to decrease volume.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your EKSA AirComfy E4 Headset, follow these maintenance guidelines:

No Sound or Microphone Not Working
