2. Initial Charging & First Use
Before first use, fully charge the toothbrush. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the base of the toothbrush. The indicator light will turn on after 5-10 minutes of charging and will turn solid green when fully charged (approximately 2.5 hours). To disable flight mode for first-time use, long press the power button for 2 seconds.

3. Smart Timer and Reminder
The toothbrush features a built-in 2-minute brushing timer, recommended by dental professionals. It also includes a 30-second smart reminder (requires activation in the Laifen App) to prompt you to move to a different quadrant of your mouth, ensuring thorough cleaning.

- Q1: What should I do if my new Laifen Wave won't turn on?
A: The toothbrush may need to be charged before use. Typically, the indicator light will turn on after 5-10 minutes of charging, and the toothbrush will fully charge in approximately 2-2.5 hours (the indicator light will turn a solid green). - Q2: How often should I change the brush heads?
A: We recommended replacing the brush head every three months or when the bristles become deformed. If the brush head is damaged, please replace it immediately. - Q3: Why can't the Laifen App connect to my Laifen Wave?
A: Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Laifen App. Also check to see that the Laifen Wave is fully charged, and all necessary app permissions are enabled. - Q4: What's the difference between the different models?
A: The motor performance and functional design of the Laifen Waves are identical; however, the feel and texture of the toothbrushes will differ. Additionally, the metal models and the ABS models come with different color brush heads. - Q5: How long does the Laifen Wave take to fully charge and how long does the battery last?
A: The Laifen Wave can be fully charged in approximately 2.5 hours. When used on the default Mode 1, twice a day for two minutes each time, the battery will last for up to 45 days.
