3. Secure the lid by aligning it and pressing down firmly. Engage the nylon locks on both sides until they snap into place.
4. Ensure the exhaust cover is closed to maintain temperature, but open it briefly to release pressure if needed, especially after filling with very hot liquids.

5.2 Filling with Cold Beverages

1. For optimal cold retention, pre-chill the dispenser by filling it with cold water or ice for 5-10 minutes. Discard before adding your beverage.
2. Pour your cold beverage into the dispenser. You may add ice directly into the dispenser for extended chilling.
3. Secure the lid by aligning it and pressing down firmly. Engage the nylon locks on both sides until they snap into place.
