Thank you for choosing the TOWODE Smart Alarm System. This system is designed to provide reliable home security with its 120dB WiFi siren, window/door sensors, and remote control. It integrates seamlessly with the Tuya app for smart control and instant notifications. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation to ensure proper use and maximum security.

Follow these steps to set up your TOWODE Smart Alarm System:

3.1. Powering the Siren Hub

  1. Connect the provided charger to the siren hub's power input.
  2. Plug the charger into a standard AC power outlet. The siren will power on.

  1. Download the Tuya Smart app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).

3.3. Installing Door/Window Sensor

  1. Identify a suitable location for the sensor on a door or window frame. The two parts of the sensor must be aligned and within 1 cm of each other when the door/window is closed.

  3. Attach the main sensor unit and the magnetic strip unit using the provided adhesive pads or screws.
  4. In the Tuya app, navigate to 'Accessories' and add the door/window sensor. Trigger the sensor (open/close the door/window) to pair it with the siren.

3.4. Pairing Remote Control

  1. In the Tuya app, go to 'Accessories' and select to add a remote control.
  2. Press any button on the remote control to pair it with the siren.

  • Via Tuya App: Use the app to arm (Away Arm, Home Arm) or disarm the system. You can also set schedules for automatic arming/disarming.

When a sensor is triggered while the system is armed, the 120dB siren will sound, and you will receive instant notifications on your smartphone via the Tuya app. You can monitor the real-time status of each sensor.

4.3. Customizing Alarm Settings

The Tuya app allows for extensive customization:

  • Adjust arming/disarming delays.
  • Set alarm duration.
  • Configure alarm sound (on/off).
  • Manage additional detectors (up to 30) and remote controls (up to 20).

  • Regularly check the battery status of the door/window sensor via the Tuya app. Replace batteries as needed.
  • Keep the siren and sensors clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures or direct water contact.
  • Test the alarm system periodically (e.g., monthly) to ensure all components are functioning correctly.
