- Case Not Sealing Properly: Check the rubber gasket around the lid for any obstructions (dirt, sand, hair) or damage. Clean the gasket thoroughly and ensure it is seated correctly. Also, ensure the latches are fully engaged.
- Difficulty Opening/Closing Latches: Ensure no items are obstructing the latches. If the case has been exposed to extreme temperature changes, the air pressure inside might differ from the outside. Use the pressure equalization valve (if present) to balance the pressure before opening.
- Loose Items Inside: Double-check that all foam inserts are correctly placed and that accessories are firmly seated in their designated cutouts.
