Before first use, fully charge the HIBREW H4C Classic using the provided USB-C charging cable. The battery indicator on the LCD display will show the charging status. A full charge allows for approximately 3-5 hot brews from cold water, or over 200 brews if using preheated water.

Unscrew the water tank and fill it with water. The maximum capacity is 100ml (3.4oz) for a double shot espresso. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.

5.3 Selecting Brew Mode
Place a cup under the machine's nozzle. The H4C Classic offers two brewing modes:
- Hot Brew (Self-Heating): For brewing with cold or room temperature water. Double-click the Халуун шар айраг button (indicated by three wavy lines). The machine will heat the water to 95℃ (adjustable between 85-95℃) and then automatically brew. This process takes approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Direct Brew: For brewing with preheated hot water. Double-click the Direct Brew button (indicated by a snowflake icon). The machine will brew instantly without heating the water.

The machine operates at 20-bar pressure to ensure rich crema and full flavor extraction. You can adjust the extraction time between 25-75 seconds for personalized brew strength.

6.2 Descaling (Periodic)
Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, descaling may be required periodically. Use a descaling solution suitable for coffee machines and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Run the descaling solution through the machine, followed by several cycles of clean water to rinse thoroughly.
