The SEAFLO 39 oz (1.0 L) Pressurized Accumulator Tank is designed to enhance the performance and lifespan of your water pump system in marine, RV, and off-grid applications. This tank minimizes pump on/off cycling, reduces noise, and provides a smoother, more consistent water flow throughout your system. It is equipped with a pre-pressurized internal bladder for maintenance-free operation and is certified safe for potable water.

- Ensure the accumulator tank is suitable for your system's pressure requirements.
- Verify that the pre-charge pressure is set to 10 PSI (0.7 бар). Adjust if necessary using a standard tire pressure gauge and pump.
- Gather necessary tools and additional fittings (e.g., thread sealant, wrenches).
5.2 Суурилуулалт
The SEAFLO accumulator tank can be mounted in any position (vertical, horizontal, or inverted) due to its internal bladder design. Choose a location that is easily accessible for inspection and maintenance, and close to the water pump for optimal performance. Use the integrated mounting brackets and soft rubber mounts to secure the tank, which also help reduce noise and vibrations.

5.3 Сантехникийн холболт
- Install the accumulator tank on the discharge side of your water pump, before any fixtures or appliances.
- The tank features 1/2" MNPT inlet/outlet ports. Apply appropriate thread sealant to all connections.
- Connect the water lines securely. The product includes two 1/2" fittings.
- Ensure there are no kinks or restrictions in the plumbing lines leading to and from the tank.

6. Ашиглалтын заавар
Once installed, the SEAFLO accumulator tank operates automatically with your water pump system. When water is drawn from the system, the pre-charged bladder in the tank expands, pushing water out and delaying the pump's activation. This reduces the number of times the pump turns on and off, leading to a quieter system and extended pump life. When the pressure drops below the pump's cut-in pressure, the pump will activate to refill the system and the accumulator tank.

7. Засвар үйлчилгээ
The SEAFLO accumulator tank features a maintenance-free internal bladder. This design prevents waterlogging and eliminates the need for regular upkeep of the bladder itself.
However, it is recommended to periodically check the air pre-charge pressure using a standard tire pressure gauge. The factory pre-charge is 10 PSI (0.7 бар). If the pressure drops, recharge the tank using a bicycle pump or air compressor to the recommended pressure. This ensures optimal performance and efficiency of your water system.
