- Locate the Type-C charging port on the side of the massager.
- Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the massager and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).

- Place the massager over your neck and shoulders, ensuring the massage nodes are positioned on the desired area.
- Bring the shoulder straps forward and adjust them for comfort.
- Reach behind your back and fasten the buckle to secure the massager in place. Adjust the strap length as needed for a snug but comfortable fit.
- To unbuckle, press the release button on the buckle.

6.2 Using the Massager

- Hand wash the cover with mild soap and water. Do not machine wash, as the synthetic leather parts are not suitable for machine washing.
