5.1 Secure the Saw

Place the saw on a sturdy workbench. Use the pre-drilled fixed holes on the base of the saw to secure it with appropriate fasteners (not included) to prevent movement during operation.

5. Secure the blade with the provided washers and nut, tightening it firmly with the wrench.
6. Reattach the blade guard securely.

5.3 Water Cooling System Setup (for Wet Cutting)

For cutting hard materials like stone or metal, the wet cutting function is essential to cool the blade and reduce dust.

1. Place the water sink/tray directly beneath the cutting blade.
2. Fill the sink with clean water to a level that allows the blade to dip into the water during operation.
3. Connect the water pump to the serpentine water pipe (cooling pipe).
4. Position the nozzle of the serpentine water pipe to direct water onto the cutting area.
5. Place the water pump into a separate container of water or directly into the main sink if it's large enough to accommodate it without interfering with the blade.

• Small Stones, Jade, Plastic, Aluminum, Chrome, Precious Metals: Use the diamond or jade cutting blade. For these materials, wet cutting is highly recommended to prevent overheating of the blade and material, and to minimize dust.
• The maximum thickness of stone that can be cut is 35mm (1.37 inches).

6.3 Versatile Functionality (Polishing, Grinding, Carving)

The saw includes various attachments to expand its capabilities:

• Polishing/Grinding: Attach the fiber wheel to the side spindle. Use it to burnish and abrade materials for a smooth finish.
• Engraving/Carving: Connect a flexible shaft or drill chuck (using the 1.5-10mm drill clamp) to the motor output. This allows for intricate carving and engraving tasks.
