Most LEDLUX smart products, such as thermostats and curtain modules, use the 'Smart Life' or 'Tuya Smart' app. To pair, ensure your mobile device is on a 2.4GHz WiFi network, hold the reset button on the device until the indicator flashes rapidly helping the app discover it.
Flickering often occurs if the LED load is below the dimmer's minimum requirement or if the dimmer is not compatible with LED technology. Ensure you are using a trailing edge or universal LED dimmer and check if the dimmer has a variable resistor to adjust the minimum dimming level.
To reset the module, press and hold the reset button (or the connected switch) for approximately 7-10 seconds until the buzzer sounds continuously or the indicator light flashes rapidly. This puts the device into pairing mode.
