• Why won't my new UNIWA phone turn on?

  For models with removable batteries, check if there is an insulating tape or sticker covering the battery contacts. Remove this sticker before inserting the battery and charging the device.

• How do I set up the SOS function?

  Navigate to the 'Settings' menu and locate 'SOS Settings'. You can typically program up to 5 emergency contacts. Pressing and holding the SOS button will automatically dial these numbers and send a preset SMS.

• Does my UNIWA walkie-talkie work with Zello?

  Yes, UNIWA PoC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular) devices running Android, such as the F40 and F100, generally support third-party intercom apps like Zello and Real PTT.
